In 1976, the company was established as Zhangjiagang Shazhou Printing and Dyeing Import and Export Co., Ltd., and was subsequently approved to establish "Shazhou Textile Printing and Dyeing Import and Export Co., Ltd." in 1997, and "Jiangsu Shayin Group" in 2006.
1. Annual export volume reaches 150 million US dollars, showing strong international market sales capabilities.

In 2007, it was awarded the title of "Government Export Product Category I Enterprise", indicating that its export business has been recognized at the government level and has a certain position in the international market; in the same year, it was awarded the title of "Product Quality Government Inspection-free Enterprise", which indirectly reflects that its product quality is excellent and conducive to competition in the international market.

Shazhou Textile has several modern workshops including spinning, weaving, printing, dyeing and garment processing.
The enterprise integrates textile, printing and dyeing, and clothing, with an annual production capacity of 250 million meters.
Product Application
We mainly print and dye all cotton plush fabrics, wax like fabrics, plain weave fabrics, poplin, elastic fabrics, khaki and other products. We are particularly skilled in printing and dyeing all cotton wax like fabrics, all cotton velvet fabrics, all cotton and artificial cotton. More than 95% of our products are exported and exported to more than 80 countries and regions.
Production Equipment
The company has complete production equipment:20 printing production lines.more than 30 dyeing production lines.
Equipments include
15 screen printing machines,4 flat printing machines, 1 rolling printing machines with & colors. Perfect facilities ensure enterprise energy supply: our plant have two 65 tons boilers and one 50 tons boilers, two 6000KWH electric machines, 20000 tons water from our water factory,20000 tons sewage treatment factory,which use MBR membrane technology to treat printing and dyeing wastewater. The company has achieved stablely Taihu lake basin management standards emissions.
